Camille turned a big two-years-old on December 4th. She's feeling very grown up these days. We got to have 2 parties in her honor as well. On December 2nd we celebrated with 2 of her favorite grandparents, Grandma and Grandpa Matheson. Camille chose to decorate her birthday cake with 2 sets of sunglasses, each with 2 lenses (are you sensing the recurring theme?). On December 4th, her real birthday, we opened presents -- something Camille was VERY excited to do -- and partied as a family. The new Christmas dress from grandparents Matheson and the cowgirl hat and horse from grandparents Kartchner were big hits.
Some of the things we love about Camille are her hugs, cute sense of humor, her now not quite as bald head and all of her nicknames (Camilly-Vanilly, Mill-Bill, Milly-Boo, Millsers and many other variations). Some things that Camille loves are playing in the sandbox, riding horses with Grandpa Paul, eating suckers (usually she tastes them a few times and puts them down which is Mom's chance to put it in the trash when she's not looking --shhhh, don't tell), playing with her brothers & sisters (she can't wait for them to get home from school every day!), taking care of her dolls, reading books, taking baths, not taking naps, her pink cowgirl boots, and "Leenkin" (Uncle Lincoln).
