Yesterday was the last day of school! We celebrated by playing with the Stephensons and then having our friends the Walkers (Court, Carter, Ellie, etc) as well as the Webers over to pick peaches and try out the water slide. We found a used inflatable waterslide and the kids have had a lot of fun with it. Here's hoping it lasts through the summer.
Yesterday morning was Lydia's Kindergarten graduation. She has been an outstanding student this year and is a really good reader. Eve had the end-of-year party for her little preschool group on Tuesday. She will miss her time with Marjorie, Cody & Marshall every week. Brad and Carter also finished off the school year with a bang. Brad was awarded the overall citizenship award for his class this year and Carter was awarded the National Phyical Fitness award for the 3rd year in a row. Bradley and Carter had their piano recital on May 19th. Brad played "Night of the Tarantella" by Faber and Carter played "Aardvark Boogie" by Faber. I am always amazed at what great performers they are -- game-day players as Alex likes to say. What great kids we have!

| Bradley receives his Citizenship of the year award. (He's on the far right in the green shirt). |
| Camille, Brad & Eve. One thing I will miss about school is how excited these girls get when their big brothers get home from every afternoon. |
| Lydia read "The Fire Cat" about Pickles the cat and of her own accord decided to do a book report on it. She drew a picture of Pickles and gave us a great synopsis of the storyline. |
| Camille never tires of rubbing beans, yogurt and any other slimy substance all over her head. |
| Silly sisters -- Camille and Eve. |
| Lydia, Dad and Eve. This was from Lydia's gymnastics recital a few weeks ago. She did a great job! |
| Lydia's Kingergarten graduation. (She's on the 2nd row, 3rd from the left) |
| The Stephenson cousins are staying with Grandparents Matheson for a few days so they got to come to Lydia's Kindergarten graduation. Bradley also was able to get out of class to come. Here's Emmeline, Bella, Eve, Lydia, Lauren & Jean-David. |
